Are You Struggling to Have a Positive Attitude Amid COVID-19?

Everyone is feeling the weight of the COVID-19 crisis, but no matter how hard it’s hit you, it’s still possible to have a positive mindset, says Pastor Craig Groeschel. It’s also important to serve and encourage other people in this time of great need.

“Some of you right now, you may have a lot of reasons not to have a great attitude,” Groeschel says. “You might be sick right now, or you might know someone that could be, or have a relative that’s vulnerable or in a very bad place. Some of you can’t get groceries right now. I’m looking forward to finding some chicken, because evidently every time we try, the grocery stores are empty.

“I know a lot of people that had weddings scheduled or can’t go to prom or graduation. People who wanted to travel can’t go. And even way more serious issues, either from health, to people that are losing jobs right and left and don’t know how they’re going to pay the bills. … You can focus on what you’ve lost, or you can focus on what you still have in Christ.”
