Why Quarantine Is a Biblical Concept

Share:

Pastor Skip Heitzig says quarantine is a biblical concept, exemplified in the Passover story, which was a “one-day quarantine.”

“If they wanted to be safe from this death plague that was coming to all the firstborn, they had to stay inside,” Heitzig says.

Heitzig also says we’re not living in Revelation 13 where the Antichrist is going to be revealed in the end times. Rather, the COVID-19 outbreak is more akin to Leviticus 13, in which God issued “quarantine laws” to people with leprosy.
