WATCH: John Bevere Says, ‘Your Destiny Requires a Wilderness Season’

Share:

John Bevere, bestselling author of Bait of Satan and multiple other books, shares with Matt and Laurie Crouch on TBN’s Praise about the power of the wilderness season, using the biblical example of Joseph to teach a life-changing lesson.

“There’s a purpose for every season under heaven,” he says. “If we understand the purpose, then we behave correctly. The children of Israel didn’t understand the purpose of the wilderness, so they behaved incorrectly. The result was that what was only supposed to be a one-year short stint ended up becoming a passion.

“And so what my passion right now is, I don’t want to see believers in the body of Christ … spend a lifetime in the wilderness. You can’t shorten a wilderness season, but you can certainly lengthen it.”

Watch the entire season above or at this link, and no matter what season you’re in, find out how God can use it for His glory. {eoa}
