New York State Legislature Targets Chick-fil-A

Christians in America, can you see the writing on the wall?

The fast-food restaurant chain Chick-fil-A has experienced the wrath of the LGBTQ community before. But now it is being attacked by the cancel culture through the New York state legislature, Charisma News’ Jeff Struss reports.

A group of Democratic legislators from New York are pushing to ban Chick-fil-A. “The ban would apply to New York state rest stops and would ensure travelers would have to settle for something other than America’s best chicken sandwich,” Struss reported.

Homosexual New York Democrat Assembly member Harry Bronson stated, “Chick-fil-A, through its charitable wing of its business, has a history of donating millions of dollars to organizations that are discriminatory and anti-LGBTQ organizations.”

In response, Chick-fil-A released this statement: “We want to be clear that Chick-fil-A does not have a political or social agenda, and we welcome everyone in our restaurants. We are proud to be represented by more than 200,000 diverse team members nationwide and we strive to be a positive influence in our local communities.”

Yet the New York state legislature continues to bear down. If hostility like this is allowed to continue within the legislative bodies of our nation, we could soon see a reality where the Christian faith is outlawed due to the fact that we believe Christian marriage is between one man and one woman.”

The fate of Christianity continues to fall into the crosshairs of cancel culture in America.
