How This Spirit-Filled Producer Brought Real-Life Miracles to the Big Screen

Breakthrough, an upcoming film produced by Devon Franklin and Samuel Rodriguez, tells the true story of the Smith family. John Smith fell below an icy lake for 15 minutes, and when he was finally recovered, he spent 30 minutes without a pulse. He was going to be legally pronounced dead, but his mother came in and prayed for him—and John’s pulse suddenly returned. Franklin said he’d never heard of anyone going into a hospital room and praying someone back to life, so he was intrigued. He contacted the pastor involved, who sent him videos and research material until Franklin realized, “This is real.” Franklin shares his thoughts on miracles in this video clip from 100 Huntley Street.
