Multi-Grammy-winning duo FOR KING + COUNTRY has helped raise more than $150k for Convoy Of Hope‘s ongoing efforts aiding Ukrainian refugees in Eastern Europe last week via a live, online performance titled What Are We Waiting For?/The Worldwide Special.

Filmed in the Mojave Desert in California, the concert featured new material from the group’s recent hit album, What Are We Waiting For? and aired on March 24 across multiple platforms including Facebook and YouTube with a text-to-give opportunity for fans.

“Convoy of Hope is incredibly blessed by this partnership with FOR KING + COUNTRY. I truly appreciate Joel and Luke’s hearts for the work that Convoy of Hope does and their desire to relieve the suffering of Ukrainians,” said Convoy President and Founder Hal Donaldson. “The money they have helped, and continue to help raise, will bring much-needed relief to people inside Ukraine and refugees in the countries surrounding it.”

Through partners across Europe, Convoy of Hope is providing shelter, food, water, hygiene kits and other necessities to Ukrainian refugees in seven Eastern European countries, as well as those still in Ukraine. As the war continues to displace women, children and elderly individuals, Convoy of Hope has teams on the ground working to bring emergency relief.
