Prophecy: Don’t Be Afraid to Plant Your Foot on the Next Level

Share:

A few weeks ago, God gave me a vision for the church as a whole. I believe this will apply to many. If you believe this is for you, then please pray that God would speak to you specifically as to what it means for you.

As I was praying, I saw a person climbing up stairs. Just as they were about to put their foot down on the next step, this person paused in mid-air. Their foot just hung in the air, but they weren’t putting it down on the next step. I could see the step this person was avoiding. It was vibrating with color as if an electric source was on the inside of it. But the person just stood there. They were trying to keep their balance. They were getting frustrated with waiting too long, and they were growing weary.

I believe this is a vision for the body at this season in time. This is what I believe God is saying. There are many people who have had victories in the kingdom of God before. They have been seeing God take them from victory to victory and glory to glory. But they looked at the next step and freaked out. Maybe to them the step is too much of a jump; maybe they have grown weary; maybe they want to camp out on the steps; but for whatever reason, they have stood looking down at the next step and just stopped in mid-air. This is wearing them out. They are losing their balance with one spiritual foot in the air and one firmly planted. Their fatigue is growing worse, and they are beginning to waver.

God is saying, “It is time to put your foot down!” It is time to go past what you think the next step should be. It is time to stop lingering in mid-air. Put your foot down and come up higher into what God is telling you to do. For though the step may seem large and daunting, God is saying it’s not. It is right where He is calling you to go. Your destiny is one step at a time. As you put your foot down, you will see things begin to fall into place.

“The Lord, He goes before you. He will be with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you. Do not fear, nor be dismayed” (Deut. 31:8).

Whatever you have gone through on the former steps, do not consider now. Press forward to the next level. Be bold. Be brave. Put your foot down because you own it. God has already given you the authority. Your destiny is already yours. Step up and step into it. For God has made a way for you, but you have to take the step into it. For the ones who will continue to linger, please don’t. This will only wear you down and will keep you at a pause in your destiny.

Remember, God has awesome plans for your life. Get excited! {eoa}
