We often look for our deliverance through a deliverance minister casting out demons, but seldom do we look to the deliverer, Jesus Christ. Praise and worship are warfare weaponry, and when we worship the King of kings and Lord of lords, deliverance happens.
Focusing on Jesus and putting on praise are the keys to our deliverance. The enemy has been defeated, and the devil hates it when we worship. Praise and worship change the atmosphere, and the atmosphere we can change with praise and worship is our soul. Demons flee at the name of Jesus and when we exude praise.
Instead of always looking to a person to deliver us and cast out the demons that are necessary to walk in the freedom and fullness of Christ we need to look to and worship the deliverer. The Bible says, to put on “the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness” (Isa. 61:3b). When we put on praise, heaviness must leave, but even more so, when we put on praise, demons must flee.
When is the last time you put on praise and worship music and danced those demons away? When is the last time you put your trust in Jesus for your deliverance instead of man?
Worship is warfare. Praise defeats the enemy and every battle you have faced. Praise and worship change the atmosphere. In this episode, learn how to praise and worship your way to and through deliverance.
