Warning dreams! We all have them, and right now many people are getting them—the kind where you wake up sweating, perturbed and not wanting to go back into that dream you just left. When it comes to presidents and “warning dreams,” I am probably the last to want to write about them.
What is a “warning dream”? These are dreams that God uses to get our attention about something that can potentially happen that He doesn’t want to happen. These “warning dreams,” as I call them, show a possible reality that can change through prayer. God is speaking to tell us to pray the outcome through. For example, in my travels I have met hundreds of people who had dreams about the 9/11 tragedy decades before it happened. What did most of them do when they got their warning dream? They prayed.
As tragic as that day was, can you imagine how much worse the outcome could have been if nobody was warned or had prayed at all before this dreadful attack? Many of those “9/11 dreams” were warning dreams. What I am about to tell you is also a warning dream. It is a call to action; a call to pray over all of our former presidents, government leaders, first responders and of course, President Trump.
Let every person be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those that exist are appointed by God. Therefore whoever resists the authority resists what God has appointed, and those who resist will incur judgment. Rulers are not a terror to good works, but to evil works. Do you wish to have no fear of the authority? Do what is good, and you will have praise from him (Rom. 13:1-3).
“Submit yourselves to every human authority for the Lord’s sake, whether it be to the king, as supreme, or to governors, as sent by him for the punishment of evildoers and to praise those who do right” (1 Pet. 2:13-14).
The Dream: President Trump and the Fourth Assignments
The Million-Dollar Woman
In the dream, I was watching President Trump in his office. He was working away, probably like most presidents do. Suddenly, a provocative woman came out of nowhere and began to tell fabricated lies about how President Trump had attempted to sexually abuse her. Behind the scenes, I watched her receive a million dollars to make up these stories. In the end, nothing came out of the stories or this assignment on Trump’s life. So the people behind this first sinister attack decided to do something different next time.
Trapped by Words
As the dream continued, I noticed that a group of people (similar to the first group) gathered around in secret to devise a plan to attack President Trump through the media by attacking his words. But in the dream, most of what was being said wasn’t actually his words at all. Some of his words were badly twisted and false, and the rest was made-up stories—complete lies. The plan was sabotage! It was the media’s attempt to destroy the president through every word spoken out of his mouth. Most of it he had never spoken at all. In the dream, nothing came out of this either. They couldn’t come up with something President Trump said that could permanently destroy his reputation. So they regrouped again, which leads to the third assignment.
The Black Data Chip
As the dream continued, this same group decided to go all-out this time. They decided to break all ethics and legal boundaries to “steal data,” taking information that was not legally theirs to obtain. To do this, they targeted a black chip that they stole from President Trump or the White House Intel. This chip was so private and secret it was off-limits to almost everyone on earth. As this group of people obtained top-secret information about the president, they assumed that they had “found the big one this time.” But just like the other parts of the dream, nothing ended up coming out of it. In the end, they were not able to accomplish whatever it was they set out to do against the president.
The Fourth Assignment
This group, eager to discredit the president in any way, decided to conduct one last assignment on his life. And, unfortunately, that was to figure out a way to assassinate him—to remove him for good. In this case, and specifically in the dream, I could see and hear them talking around the table about which method they should use to remove the president. At the end of the dream, they decided to make it look like an accident, a heart attack or some type of sudden-death illness. At this point I woke up.
As I thought about this dream and what God was attempting to say, I also began to think about the former presidents who are still alive today. My thoughts eventually moved more on all presidents and what they had to go through to keep their time in office safeguarded. I am confident most, if not, all of the presidents had to go through a lot of these types of plots against their lives. I don’t believe President Trump is the only one who has ever had to deal with these problems as a president. Assassination attempts on high-profile leaders probably happen regularly and, I’m sure every president has had to think of this during their time in and out of office. It doesn’t matter who the president is; someone out there wanted/or wants them gone bad enough that they are willing to do whatever it takes to remove them.
Why am I sharing this dream? It’s simple: I believe it is a warning to pray for President Trump. I also believe it is a reminder to pray for all former presidents (and their families) still alive today.
“Render to all what is due them: taxes to whom taxes are due, respect to whom respect is due, fear to whom fear is due, and honor to whom honor is due” (Rom. 13:7).
