We all want to hear the voice of God and all are hungry for God, but at the same time, we find ourselves struggling to hear Him. It’s in those times where God is calling our names louder and louder trying to reveal His Word and plans for our lives. For Dr. Hakeem Collins, hearing from the Lord has led him on an amazing journey filled with miracles, healings and revelations that have burst forth from the throne room of heaven.
Dr. Hakeem Collins grew up in church from a young age, and like most, he yearned to hear from God. It was during that time that Collins had an encounter with the Lord that would change his life forever. He began receiving prophetic words and other gifts of the Spirit that God used to reveal His plans for his life. Since then, Collins has burned with a passion to hear God’s voice and teach the worldwide body of Christ to do the same.
God wants us to hear His voice more than we want to hear from Him. He created us for a purpose from the moment He put us in our mother’s womb. Our purpose on this earth is to walk with Jesus, talk with Jesus and hear what His Word says about us and our lives. He wants us to push past those moments where we feel like we can’t hear Him or we aren’t qualified to hear what He has to say.
