Beginning at 9:30 a.m. EDT, the Senate Judiciary Committee will resume its confirmation hearings on President Donald Trump’s nomination of 10th Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Neil Gorsuch to succeed the late Associate Justice Antonin Scalia on the U.S. Supreme Court.

The first day of questions directed at the judge exposed a number of areas where Democrats intend to attack him, but so far, they’ve only resulted in little more than political grandstanding. Click here to watch Day 1 of the planned four days of hearings.
