Warning: ‘Black Swan’ Epidemics Coming to America

“Black swan” epidemics could easily be on their way to America, Lt. Col. Robert Maginnis tells Jim Bakker.  

“We got a taste of it in the Ebola in Liberia and West Africa, and how it was devastating to those people,” Maginnis says. “Well, just imagine if it came to this country.” 

The Center for Disease Control and Prevention is not prepared for a pandemic of this magnitude, he continues.
