These are the end times and the days of apostasy and “perilous times of judgment,” Rabbi Jonathan Cahn tells Jim Bakker.

“If we do not give warning, we are held accountable,” says Cahn, the New York Times best-selling author of The Harbinger and The Mystery of the Shemitah.

When it comes to timing, Cahn has maintained we cannot put God in a box or be dogmatic about timing. We cannot focus on dates, he says, because God is above us.

The principles of the Shemitah are not dependent on the American calendar or dates. Instead, we must focus on the wisdom of preparing.
