Robert Morris Reflects on His Near-Death Experience

It took place nearly eight months ago, but Gateway Pastor Robert Morris is still asked about it on a regular basis.

“Now what happened in April was I had two torn arteries and started bleeding internally,” Morris shares in a new podcast interview with Charisma Publisher Dr. Steve Greene.

“There’s no medical reason that it happened. But I lost over 50% percent of my blood, had to have two surgeries to repair those. I was in hospital for about eight days, ICU for four days. And then it was about a four-month recovery to recover from all the blood that I lost. But I am now back in health and doing well. and I’m happy to be on this earth. I’ve been telling everyone I’m happy for two reasons: one for the kingdom, and one for my family and friends, and so I’m glad to be here,” Morris says.

With 2019 just days away, Morris spoke candidly about his health, his wife and his new book.
