Do you need generational reconciliation?

Chances are, you probably do. Millennial workplace consultants Brian and Gabrielle Bosche work hard to solve common workplace problems that arise from multiple generations working together.

“From a very early age, I had a passion, not only to reach my generation, but the way that God has created the church, society, family, really does come from generational reconciliation,” Gabrielle tells Jim and Martha Brangenberg on the “iWork4Him” podcast. “When I was starting my company, I really prayed and said, ‘God, what do You want me to tell other people that I do?’ And He said, ‘Say you’re in the business of generational reconciliation because I want to reconcile the generations together the way I want to reconcile the world to My Son.'”
