I love engaging with the crisp reality of our powerful new union as creation in and of light. Roughly three years ago, I began becoming intentionally and profoundly expansive in my knowledge of it. How vast and profound light applies to our heavenly framework and redeemed biology is nothing short of a game changer.
I lived years stuck, bound in the in-between of life in the spirit and inner turmoil with never-ending warfare. We tend to believe. Then, we see our evil enemy at every corner or discover some vile phase of witchcraft backlash from living among the prophetic. But this is not always the case. More so, our conflict comes from simply unrenewed mind and unveiled eyes that simply await their awakening.
I live by the immense, passionate passage of Hebrews 10:19-22:
“Therefore, brothers, we have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way that He has opened for us through the veil, that is to say, His flesh, and since we have a High Priest over the house of God, let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse them from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.”
Interweave this with Ephesians 1:18:
“[I pray] that the eyes of your understanding may be enlightened, that you may know what is the hope of His calling and what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance among the saints.”
Here is an utterly profound anthem, or alma mater, in just two Scriptures in which we can feast upon for a lifetime. Eternity we’ve stepped through, through the flesh of Christ that bore the flesh of our minds … of our lives.
Warfare, battle, living amidst a perishing world—darkness can easily have a field day in our minds and thought-lives. A battle longwinded seemingly paints a picture that you’re in this dark tunnel fighting your way out. Two weeks go by of fasting, toiling and prayer, and finally relief and victory comes after one graceful revelation of the Holy Spirit. If we held that revelation already, it would surely save us some time.
James 1:17 says, “Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom is no change or shadow of turning.”
There is a light that never goes out, a light all consuming upon us.
The majority of our battle with darkness can simply be our undeveloped and unveiled consciousness of identity and inheritance waiting to be found. We will never suffer the stress, trauma, worn strength or heat of battle to the degree we once had when we bestow the truth of light within us. Light and the dominion of its heavenly substance becomes branded in our understanding. No more lying blackouts of doom! A forever sustainable joy, faith, hope, delight and anchor is ours.
The paid-in-full usance of light in our thought-life and lifestyle will now create a dynamic of radiant authority, power and freedom. As we revelate more into this potent truth, we’ll uncover the endless heavenly spiritual realm that was violently purchased for us.
