IHOPKC’s Fuller Dealing With New Developments

In recent days, General Kurt Fuller has found himself facing pressure from The Advocate Group for yet another independent investigation. The veteran military officer and newly appointed leader of IHOPKC is navigating turbulent waters as he addresses the demands for transparency and accountability.

After finding credible evidence against IHOPKC founder Mike Bickle and his removal from leadership, former Executive Director Stuart Greaves stepped down as well, and General Fuller was appointed the new Executive Director of IHOPKC.

In a video statement, Fuller revealed the challenges he has encountered in dealing with The Advocate Group’s push for another investigation. He stated, “For the past several days, I’ve been under enormous pressure from The Advocate Group, their attorney and external leaders to immediately concede to their demands for yet another independent investigation.”

Larry Tomczak’s Parental Advisory: Why I Watched the ‘Mean Girls’ Movie

Why’d I do it? Hopefully, to help you as a parent, grandparent or youth pastor plus continue to make a contribution to rescue this upcoming generation from Hollywood’s seductive influences harming our youth. This movie, which follows “Anyone But You,” is a romantic comedy aimed at millennials and centered on fornication, a lesbian “wedding,” nudity, a tsunami of profanity and mockery of whatever is left of the sanctity of marriage.

“Hey Mom/Dad, is it OK if I go see the hot new musical everyone’s seeing? My boyfriend asked me to go see ‘Mean Girls.’ It’s PG-13! Remember the first one from years ago? It’s a lotta’ fun with lessons to learn about bullying. Please? Pretty please!”

Clueless and compliant Dad/Mom: “Sure, why not?”

Mark Cuban, Elon Musk and the Question of Diversity Hiring in the NBA

In a previous article, I referenced the X interaction between Mark Cuban, the billionaire owner of the Dallas Mavericks basketball team, and Elon Musk, the richest man in the world. Their interaction focused on the subject of diversity, equity and inclusion and hiring practices, leading to a very sharp barb by Musk. (More on that shortly.)

Here, I want to get into more depth, asking: 1) Did Cuban’s post in support of DEI actually disprove the point he was making? And 2) Is it time for the NBA to make a real effort to bring more white players into the game, since it is so heavily dominated by Black players? (Spoiler alert: The first question is quite serious; the second is quite sarcastic.)

To his credit, Cuban ended his lengthy post by saying, “I wrote this on @x because I knew very well that almost everyone on here would disagree with me. I don’t virtue signal [which he had been accused of doing]. I want people to challenge my positions. I want to have engaging discussions that help me learn.”
