These are the words of the clear vision that thunders through the entire property of The River at Tampa Bay Church, Tampa, Florida, during Fire Conference and beyond. This is the sound that echoes across every life that desires to be transformed by the fire of the Holy Ghost and catapulted into a dying world, spiritually armed with power needed to take the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ to the ends of the earth. A generation full of the fire of God is rising that is sure to snatch souls from the fiery grip of hell, populating heaven.
Coming off a life-changing week of Fire Conference, this week, Howard-Browne’s Revival Ministries International has rolled out the red carpet for the next generation. The ministry is hosting two separate Fire Conferences: Fire Conference Kids Week (ages 3-12,) led by Pastors Jordan and Nicole Hice and Fire Conference Youth Week (ages 13-19), led by Pastors Allen and Kristin Hawes, which are happening simultaneously. Not only is every child and youth encountering a clear message of the gospel of Jesus Christ and prepared for water baptism, but they are being shaken by the power of God and forever marked by the flames of revival.
The River at Tampa Bay Church has been intentional to treat the next generation like children of King Jesus, so the children and youth are experiencing a flow of fun from games, water day, field day, backpack giveaway, color wars and fireworks. Two 15-passenger vans will be given away to the children’s ministry/youth group that has brought the most kids. Their experience will also include the ultimate River Blizzard, for which 90 tons of snow has been brought in; the event includes ice skating and a slide for adults and children.
I have had the privilege to be an eyewitness of Fire Conference Kids and Youth week, where I have witnessed a consistent flow of the river of God. As I consider the atmosphere of explosive firepower that resides on the property of this powerful week, the Lord reminded me of two verses. Daniel 7:10 (CSB) describes heaven like this, “A river of fire was flowing, coming out from his presence. Thousands upon thousands served him; ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him.” 1 Kings 18:24 (NIV, author’s emphasis) says, “Then you call on the name of your gods, and I will call on the name of the Lord; and the God who answers by fire—he is God.”
It would be nearly impossible for religious critics who have never stepped foot on the property of The River at Tampa Bay Church to witness what I have seen this week and walk away continuing to harbor a spirit critical of this ministry. The same authentic spiritual DNA of revival fire that flows through Pastors Rodney and Adonica Howard-Browne also flows through the youth and children’s ministries. During Fire Conference, I watched hundreds of kids and youth rush to the altars under the conviction of the Holy Spirit, weeping and shaking under the power of Almighty God. As tears flowed down the faces of a generation, the young people were also being transformed by the raw demonstration of God’s power.
I saw the children’s and youth pastors along with their leaders pray for the fire of God to fall on a generation as the glory of God came, and the bodies of hundreds of young people lay slain in the Spirit inside the sanctuary and outside under the pavilion (The Stand).
America, get ready for a generation of young people who are coming and shall run with the fire of God! {eoa}
