Standing in Lafayette Square in Washington, D.C., earlier this month, pastor, apostle and prophet Tim Sheets declared a prophetic word over the United States of America for the month of September, a word he says is one of the most powerful prophecies he’s ever received from God.
The senior pastor of Oasis Church in Middletown, Ohio, Sheets says he was recently “very burdened” for America. He prayed and interceded for the nation, for which he felt much grief, given the current status of our culture and government.
It is a prophetic word Sheets believes is so crucial that he wanted to deliver it on video on the grounds near the White House.
“I want to grow this word here. I want to declare this word here,” Sheets says. “We are declaring what the Founding Fathers declared over this nation, the promises of God for this nation. My assignment, I felt, was to come to D.C. and to paint the White House with this word. I believe it is significant leading into September. In June, I heard these words from the Lord:
“I will now deal with the oppressors of my people. I will move swiftly and with jealous aggression with My first responders, for I have heard their cries and will break the hold of the taskmasters’ rule over them.”
Sheets says the concept of the taskmasters goes all the way back to Exodus in the Bible, when the Egyptians oppressed God’s people in bondage as slaves. The Lord continued:
“I will break the hold of the taskmaster’s rule. Though they bowed their necks in stubborn resistance, I will lead them with nose rings to their place of destruction like oxen to the slaughter. I will pull them to stalls of disgrace. The commanding influence of the oppressor’s curse will break from the hearts of my people and the disheartening crack of the taskmaster’s whip will no longer be heard by My sons and My daughters. They will not carry the burden of their oppressors. They will not toil for their enemies’ gain. They will not work as slaves of cultural brutality. They will not glean empty fields, because they worship Me. No, they will own the fields where they once gleaned. The breaking sound heard by My triumphant remnant will be the cracking sound of their oppressors’ authority shattering.
Sheets went on to say that God is about to break the authority of Baal’s servants. Those that are serving idolatry, those who are serving iniquity, He is going to break their authority.
God also said to Sheets: “The words of their pharaoh will be as chaff in the winds as my angels scatter their defiance.”
Sheets said there are 51 government angels now present in Washington, D.C., along with four seraphim angels, and that they are there to scatter the adversary’s authority.
“The Lord says [the archangel] Michael and his chariots of fire have received their orders. Gabriel has communicated strategies through angel armies. Breakthrough angels are now activated. Pharaoh will not have the final world. I have the final word. Ekklesias, contend in faith as I hardened the heart of your enemies. (That is what Pharaoh did when Gold told Moses to let the people go. He hardened his heart).”
Pharaoh’s government leaders, many of them in Washington, D.C., Sheets says, are hardening their heart against God and His plan.
God said to Sheets: “Contend, ekklesia, as I harden the hearts of your enemies for devastating defeat. Set your heart on what I say. Set your minds with new faith, expecting to live in a promised place. Move forward into new times and seasons that I have prepared for you. Move forward into reformation that I have planned for you. Move forward into positions of authority that I have ordained for My people, My heirs and for My ekklesia. Move forward into harvests that I have ripened for you.”
Sheets says we are about to move into a time of harvest for a billion souls. The next three months, he says, will be when great reformation will rapidly surge, and the seeds planted by God’s people with their decrees will accelerate to fullness and produce fruit of the seed that is sown.
The Lord continued, “My people will enter into new times. The faith decrees they’ve sown will accelerate to fullness. … I am releasing My mighty ones to break up entrenched evils; they will strike forever the loser and his protections of diabolical root systems in America’s capitals and the state capitals. Michael will release in sufficient numbers war angels to unlock this nation and break barrier walls. Cover-ups will be uncovered. Giants taunting in opposition will fall. Strongholds of darkness will be battered and their influence shattered. My angels are merging with My people to break the forces of evil in Washington, D.C. My unshakable kingdom will rise in waves of power strategies that bring alignments to my covenant roots. Hear the sound of battering rams of My kingdom resounding against wicked strategies of Baal’s systems. The abomination will not stand.” {eoa}
