Beware! Sharing this could now be considered as an offense worth firing someone over in the United States of America.

Last week was yet another wake-up call to anyone who cares about faith and freedom. Fox News reported that Dr. Eric Walsh, a public health expert who also volunteers as a pastor with his church was terminated from his job with the Georgia Department of Public Health for delivering biblical sermons addressing topics from homosexuality to evolution. Radio host Todd Starnes raised the alarm, "Bivocational pastors be warned—what you say from the pulpit on Sunday could get you fired from your public sector job on Monday."

Interestingly on that same day news broke that all-star pitcher and ESPN baseball analyst, Curt Schilling was also fired for a post he made on Facebook. Apparently he dared to question the rationale of a nation that would need a law to tell men and women to use their respective restrooms. This should be common sense, but common sense and political correctness don't mix.

Therefore culture referees at ESPN told Curt Schilling, "You're out!"

Such stories are becoming more and more commonplace as our society continues to allow secular progressives and political correctness to dictate the rights and freedoms that, until now, we held to be self evident. The majority is forced to capitulate to the vocal fringe minority. Everyone and everything must be tolerated. That is, unless you are a Bible-believing commonsense Christian. Tolerance apparently isn't equal for all people. Christians are expected to be silent or suffer the consequences. A decade ago, those consequences were limited to public ridicule, now it's the loss of jobs and businesses. At this rate, how long until it involves imprisonment?

So what are these radical thoughts the world now deems unacceptable? Let me list a few. Let me also make it abundantly clear that I wholeheartedly believe and embrace each one. I understand that voicing such thoughts invites persecution. I've already counted the cost. However, I must caution you that sharing the following could possibly get you fired here in "the land of the free."

If you believe the Bible is God's infallible Word, don't share this! It could get you fired!

I believe every word in the Bible is accurate and true. Yes, that means I hold fast to the verses the world adores, like "Judge not, lest ye be judged" (Matt. 7:1). It also means I hold just as fast to the ones the world despises, like "I warn you, as I did before, that those who live [immorally] will not inherit the kingdom of God" (Gal 5:21). I believe it all, every word and every verse!

The evolutionist mocks such faith while the secular progressive despises it. They contend belief in Scripture is ignorant or hateful. It is neither. The Bible contains the very words of life, and those who read it and heed it find life in all its fullness.

If you believe Jesus is the only way to heaven, don't share this! It could get you fired!

I believe there is no other name under heaven that offers salvation to mankind; not Mohammed, not Buddha, not Shiva, nor Marx, or Nietzsche or Darwin or any other name. Jesus is it! That is not a popular notion in a world that holds all religions and philosophies as equal. However, all are not the same. Every philosophy or religion that rejects Christ as Savior has placed its followers on a road to hell. To withhold that truth may meet the world's tolerance threshold but fails to follow Christ's command to go tell! My love for Jesus and my love for others compels me preach the gospel message with boldness!

If you believe in the sanctity of life, don't share this! It could get you fired!

The foundation of our nation is based on the belief that all men are created equal and endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights. That among these rights are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Yet we have deemed it constitutional to deny these rights to the most innocent of people. This is inexcusable! How can a nation say it cherishes the life of all, when it denies the life of the child in the womb? As long as America continues to keep infanticide legal, we should anticipate God's righteous judgment upon our land.

If you believe God created man, woman and marriage, don't share this! It could get you fired!

When God created man and woman, He did not create them ambiguous and did not He hide His intention for them. They were made in His image and His likeness. God looked upon both, blessed them and called them good. He then brought them together in the sacred union of marriage. This is God's best! I believe that here a family and society is most blessed. I rightfully champion God's design for marriage and family because I understand that God is not to be mocked. As a man sows, so shall he also reap. When we desecrate marriage and undermine the very building block of culture and community, we tear down these institutions and identities at our own peril.

If you believe God loves sinners yet hates our sins, don't share this! It could get you fired!

Sin is a serious sickness that carries with it a severe consequence. Every one of us come into this world suffering from the disease of sin. We like to measure one man's sin as worse than another, yet "all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God" (Rom. 3:23). God hates sin, all sin. He abhors it even more than a mother hates the illness that threatens the life of her child.

God does not excuse or tolerate sin. All sin is already marked for destruction. It is on the side of God's wrath and judgment. Those who choose to remain and embrace a life of sin will likewise perish in their sin. This world may deem such thoughts as controversial and hateful, yet to withhold such truth is the very opposite of love.

The greatest news ever told is that God loves us and sent His Son to die for us so that no man, woman or child should perish. God loves sinners and sent Jesus to demonstrate just how great that love truly is. I'll gladly share that news, even if it costs me everything!

My friend, holding and sharing such thoughts in the days ahead are likely to bring great persecution. However, none of this should be shocking. Our faith will never be popular in a depraved world. Christianity is radical by nature. It always has been and always will be. It is the antithesis to everything in this world. It runs counter culture because it did not originate with this culture.

Yes, America has changed drastically and dramatically in recent years. It has happened while the majority has been asleep. Even now, I'm not sure we are awake. Without a seismic spiritual shift in this nation, we are stepping into a future where the true church will be treated as a pariah and Christians will be outcasts.

So why wait for the inevitable? If the day is fast approaching when adherence to biblical truth will bring with it great persecution from the secular world, then why remain silent in the final days? Why not take Christ's commission seriously and begin to exercise your First Amendment right while you still can! Amplify your voice and speak the truth with great boldness. Who knows? Perhaps the days ahead are not as inevitable as it may seem.

Another great awakening could change the tide for multitudes and perhaps even a nation. Revival offers an opportunity for rebirth. Yet for such a move of God to come, believers must boldly use their voices in both the prayer closet and public square. I'm in. Are you? It may cost you in this life, but I assure you, it will be rewarded in the next! So share, if you dare!
