Standing near the steps of the United States Capitol building, President Joe Biden placed his left hand on the Bible as he took his oath of office on Jan. 20, 2021.
While spectators around the world sat behind their TV’s watching the swearing in of the new president, Rabbi Jonathan Cahn posted a video message to Biden that has been viewed by millions around the world—now he has another message for the president.
“How can you place your left hand on the Bible, the Word of God, and with your right hand sign laws into existence that war against the Word of God,” Cahn asks.
Recently, Cahn posted a video addressing President Joe Biden on social media with a word of warning. “What triggered it was what happened on the White House lawn, which is actually linked to the mysteries of the gods,” he says during my Strang Report interview.
On Dec. 13, 2022 Biden hosted a mass celebration on the White House lawn after he enshrined same-sex marriage and an alteration of marriage into federal law. The Respect for Marriage Act was signed and he boisterously lit up the White House with the colors of the rainbow.
The tie between the rainbow and sexuality links back to an ancient goddess that altered sexuality. In the “Return of the Gods,” she is called The Enchantress.
“The Enchantress was the goddess of sexual immorality back then. The whole sexual revolution isn’t an accident after we started emptying ourselves of God. This is what always happens,” Cahn says.
Carved in ancient inscriptions from Mesopotamia a woman writes to the goddess saying, “I am a woman, I am a man. It says in her hymns, you have the power to turn a man into a woman and a woman into a man.”
Cahn says, “This is the principality or goddess that bends and breaks the lines of gender.” The roles and purposes of men and women have been viciously attacked since the 60’s. The Enchantress is known in the Bible as Ashtoreth, and one of her signs is the sign of the rainbow.
George Orwell’s book “1984,” is a cautionary tale warning readers of the dangers of totalitarianism. He wrote about a government that used words to obscure and obliterate reality. A government that used truth to obscure lies and love to obscure oppression.
Cahn ties those very points to what he feels Biden is doing today. “What do we call it when one abandons his own values and moral systems and destroys them and celebrates it with music, color and song? When you placed your hand on the Word of God, the Bible, to become president,” Cahn asks.
Isaiah 5:20 says, “Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; who exchange darkness for light, and light for darkness; who exchange bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!”
Biden’s press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was asked by reporters to explain how religious protections in the Respect For Marriage Act don’t amount to “codifying discrimination.” In her response she said, “Is there more work to do? Absolutely. There’s always more work to do. And you’ll hear directly from the President.”
Addressing those remarks Cahn says, “In the beginning of your term I warned about what you are now doing. So now I ask you, will you be working towards the eliminations of the protections in regard to religious freedom and conscious?” Cahn questions Biden’s actions and equates them not to that of Peter and Paul in the Bible, but those who persecuted them.
“The Bible says that in the last days there will be a great apostasy, a great falling away from faith. Mr. President the hour is late and eternity is soon coming. Repent and turn to God for the only hope America has is revival. The only hope you have and the only hope any of us has is salvation,” Cahn says.
