One of the past issues that has resurfaced in the 2016 election for Hillary Clinton was the case of a 12-year-old Arkansas girl who accused a man of rape. The man was defended in court by the now Democratic presidential nominee.

A popular internet meme discussing aspects of the case has gone viral many times over on social media. Among the biggest claims is that Clinton laughed about getting her client to avoid prison time.

The popular online fact checker, Snopes.com, has declared the meme to be “mostly false.” But now you can decide for yourself. The video above is a recording of the interview in which Clinton is alleged to have laughed about the case.
