The results in Ohio—more than any other state—will determine the status of the Republican presidential race. Ohio is currently a tossup between Santorum and former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, and what the voters decide on Tuesday could determine whether or not Santorum can stop Romney from winning the nomination.
