Lightning struck a church in Bolivia, sending shockwaves through the building’s electrical wiring.

A pianist suffered minor injuries during the incident at Zion Hill Baptist Church. WECT.com reports that Chief John Eeten with the Sunset Harbor and Zion Hill Fire Department said the piano player was treated on the scene and did not need to go to the hospital.

What are the chances? The odds of becoming a lightning strike victim in the U.S. in any one year are one in 700,000. The odds of being struck in your lifetime are one in 3,000. There’s no data on the odds of being struck while playing piano in a church.

According to the Eeten, the lightning struck the church’s roof shortly before noon Sunday in the middle of a church service. Nobody else was injured and the pianist is expected to be all right.

Eeten said the church suffered minor electrical damage but no structural damage.
