“Liberty Counsel has discovered evidence which appears to indicate that 1,601 people between the ages of 100 to 202 years old in Pennsylvania requested mail-in ballots, and most returned them in the 2020 presidential election. Read on to learn more about the state of America’s contested election,” Mat Staver said.

In this chaotic election season, when there is so much dissention and disinformation being spread around, I want you to know that Liberty Counsel is redoubling our efforts to ensure accuracy in reporting. Our staff is working harder than ever to verify and vet election information. We are committed to election integrity.

With that in mind, we heard reports of dead people registering to vote in Pennsylvania. We did independent research and were shocked by our findings.

Thursday night, our staff combed through many pages of voter registration rolls in Pennsylvania and what we discovered is quite disturbing.

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania operates an online program known as “Open Data PA.” This program allows non-governmental individuals to research important Pennsylvania information and data.

One of the sections available on that website is the full database of every voter who requested, received and returned a mail-in ballot for the 2020 presidential election.

Either Pennsylvania has the oldest and most active centenarian and even bicentenarian population in the world, or something fishy is going on.

According to Pennsylvania’s own mail-in voter database, 1,601 people between the ages of 100 years to 202 years requested and received a mail-in ballot. Of those 1,601 mail-in ballots requested and received, nearly every one was returned in time for the Pennsylvania general election.

Our staff took screen shots of each of the 1,601 requests by people over 100 years old. We also downloaded the database as it was listed on the Pennsylvania website that day and have given the information to election observers.

There are pages of ballot requests and returns this year from people with dates of birth ranging from 1800 to 1898 to 1911 to 1920. It is not clear at this time if these ballots have been counted as votes. But the fact that so many dead people requested—and most returned—mail-in ballots raises serious concerns of fraud.

If there is nothing to hide, why is Pennsylvania hiding the counting process?

Meanwhile, Pennsylvania election officials continue to defy a Pennsylvania court order requiring officials to allow Republican election observers to observe the ballot counting process.

One of our own attorneys is a designated “official election observer” authorized directly by the Trump campaign and the Pennsylvania GOP. He has been denied entry into Pennsylvania ballot counting facilities, along with every other Republican observer.

The U.S. Supreme Court issued an emergency ruling days ago ordering Pennsylvania election officials to set aside every mail-in ballot and count those ballots separately. However, with no Republican or campaign election observers allowed to view the process, there is no way to accurately determine if Pennsylvania election officials are ignoring a U.S. Supreme Court order as they have ignored their own Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

A Pennsylvania state court has now ruled that ballots without proper ID cannot be counted if not verified by Nov. 9. The judge also ruled the Pennsylvania secretary of state had no authority to extend the date to validate the ballots.

Further, Project Veritas has published videos of multiple USPS workers reporting violations of Pennsylvania voting laws. At least one of those postal workers has now agreed to testify regarding premeditated and purposeful violations of election law. And, despite the now-debunked story by a major media source, this person has not recanted.

The reporter never even bothered to ask the whistleblower directly. {eoa}
