A former sheriff’s deputy says he stole and sold drugs from his precinct because Satan was warping his mind.
Logan August recently pleaded guilty to stealing marijuana from the sheriff’s office and giving it to an informant to sell.
August created an apology video in which he claims spiritual warfare played a major role in his actions.
“I made that decision based on Satan playing games with me and making me feel like I was prideful,” August says.
“God put it on my heart to be honest and just own up to it,” August says.
