Donald Trump Goes Old Testament With Envy Discussion

Republican front-runner Donald Trump went old school, er, Old Testament when talking to CBN’s David Brody recently.

Trump, who refused to name a favorite Bible verse and hasn’t necessarily asked forgiveness of his sins, says there is much to glean from the book written by history’s wisest man.

“There’s so many things that you can learn from (the Bible),” Trump says. “Proverbs, the chapter ‘never bend to envy’—I’ve had that thing all of my life where people are bending to envy. … Actually, it’s an incredible book. So many things you can learn from the Bible and you can lead your life and I’m not just talking in terms of religion. I’m talking in terms of leading a life even beyond a religion.”

So what else does he say? Watch the video to see.
