Cybersecurity Expert Exposes Election Fraud in 3 States

Note: A former member of the Army 305 Military Intelligence Battalion (nicknamed “The Kraken”) has delivered sworn testimony before the Pennsylvania and Arizona legislatures. His testimony demands a full, forensic review of the 2020 election.

Over the past week, the state legislatures of Pennsylvania, Michigan and Arizona have held hearings on the election.

The evidence presented in each hearing points to serious and widespread election fraud.

Retired U.S. Army Col. Philip Waldron served over 30 years as an intelligence officer specializing in cybersecurity focused on election manipulation. Waldron is considered an expert on automated voting machines, who, as part of his training and experience, knows exactly how voting machines can be corrupted.

Waldron served the bulk of his career with the 305th Military Intelligence Battalion—a group long known in military circles as “The Kraken.”

In sworn testimony before both the Pennsylvania and Arizona legislatures, Waldron revealed that his cybersecurity team has been monitoring the U.S. election system—including its voting machines—since August.

“The voting systems in the U.S. and in Pennsylvania were built to be manipulated,” Waldron told the Pennsylvania legislature last week.

Waldron went on to state that U.S. election equipment like Dominion Voting Systems offers all have “similar code and similar functions” as the Smartmatic voting software. In fact, said the colonel, nearly every voting system used in the 2020 general election used a derivative of the Smartmatic software.

Such similarities would make it relatively easy for fraudsters to manipulate votes across multiple platforms and states regardless of the types of machines used.

As we reported last week, a former Venezuelan intelligence officer has submitted a sworn affidavit discussing how Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chávez worked directly with Smartmatic executives to engineer the software in such a way that it could be easily manipulated to ensure a victory for Chávez.

Waldron’s testimony to the Arizona legislature, delivered Monday morning, provided significant additional substantiation to those claims.

Waldron explained that members of Chávez’s immediate family informed Cuban intelligence “not to worry about the populist threat against Maduro’s election in Venezuela” because “it was guaranteed—their father (Chávez) invested the money to build the SGO voting machine system.”

What Did Waldron’s Testimonies Establish?

Waldron’s testimony before the legislatures is too substantial to deliver in a single email, but here are some startling highlights:

In Pennsylvania

“Our experts and other academics believe that up to 1.2 million Pennsylvania votes could have been altered or fraudulent; this is what we discovered in the last 22 days,” Waldron testified. A full forensic evaluation is therefore needed.

In Arizona

Waldron explained that Dominion/Smartmatic’s modus operandi has been to move digital algorithms across multiple precincts to determine a percentage of votes needed for the desired candidate to win. Once determined, another algorithm is launched—one that “delivers” the needed votes across all precincts.

Waldron went on to explain that in Arizona, that algorithm resulted in a sudden, unmistakably fraudulent spike of 35,000 votes for Biden in every Arizona precinct, resulting in hundreds of thousands of fraudulently added votes. The odds against such an event happening naturally are astronomical.

But There’s More

Waldron testified that not only did Dominion store the information in Germany, but he also personally witnessed the transfer of information offshore to Frankfurt, Germany, on Nov. 3—Election Day.

Liberty Counsel spent five full weeks litigating the contested 2000 presidential election. We are once again intensely fighting for free, fair and transparent elections. {eoa}
