Sarah Bowling Helps Believers Enrich Their Relationship With God Through Prayer

As believers, prayer is everything to us. Hearing the voice of God and experiencing intimacy with Him is the reason for our existence.

Jesus said that to know Him and the one who sent Him is eternal life. That’s why it breaks my heart that so many believers around the world are struggling with prayer and hearing the voice of God. God’s voice is our lifeline, and intimacy with Him is our fuel. So, it is imperative that we tune into His frequency and learn to receive from Him in prayer if we are to live the abundant life that Jesus said we can.

The Old Testament clearly tells the story of many servants of God who communed with Him, wrestled with Him in prayer and were led by His commands and instructions. In the Gospels, we see Jesus going out of His way to make heart-to-heart connections with people instead of remaining aloof and distant from His creation.

IRS Denies Christian Nonprofit Tax Exemption Status for Link to Republican Party

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is denying a Christian nonprofit tax-exempt status because its values and the promotion of those values are “typically affiliated with the Republican party and candidates.”

The purpose of Christians Engaged is to “awaken, motivate, educate and empower ordinary believers in Jesus Christ” in praying, voting for and engaging with political spheres. The organization had requested a tax exemption status in late 2019.

In its denial letter, the IRS claimed such actions of encouraging Americans to educate themselves on the political process and the guidance of this education with resources, training and mentorship groups from a biblical perspective are deemed unfit for a “nonprofit, tax-exempt organization.”

Not long ago, a woman came to his church who had been watching services online. She had endured the pain of a spinal deformation, which led to a neck deformation, for 38 years. {eoa}
