But here in the middle of 2021, everything is definitely not fine. In fact, cows are literally dropping dead from starvation in northern Mexico in very large numbers. This isn’t the sort of thing that is supposed to happen in North America.
For years, I have been warning that Dust Bowl conditions would return to the Southwest. Just check my old books and my old articles. Now it has happened, and everyone is in shock.
