The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association has presented a humanitarian award to Dr. Cindy Trimm, founder of Cindy Trimm Ministries International, best-selling author and former senator.
BGEA recognized Trimm for her leadership role in enhancing the spiritual direction and well-being of the Southern California Basin through what is now called Trimm University. Trimm University is on a mission to equip ministers, professionals, and industry-specific thought leaders to impact all strata of society.
“We are committed to making this world a better place by bringing hope and healing to every individual through comprehensive professional and leadership development programs, dynamic ministry training, medical missions, practical resources, and interdisciplinary forums and summits,” says Trimm, who is also a minister, motivational speaker and radio show host.
Trimm was recently named in Ebony magazine’s POWER 100 List alongside President Barack and First Lady Michelle Obama, Tyler Perry, Bishop T. D. Jakes, Will Smith and many others. Trim’s new book The Prayer Warrior’s Way is slated for release on October 4.
