When God Couldn’t Find Enough Bold Pastors, He Called the Truckers

In 1978, God looked down on America and could not find enough bold pastors to stand up, so He said, “I am going to find an associate clinical professor of pediatrics at the University of Southern California School of Medicine, with a Ph.D. in child development, and I am going to prepare him to do what I need done.” So God raised a young Dr. James Dobson to a position of national and international influence for righteousness.

In 1980, God looked down on America and could not find enough bold pastors to stand up, so He said, “I am going to find a Hollywood actor who has been divorced, once a liberal, and I am going to prepare him to do what I need done.” So God raised Ronald Reagan to a national and international position of influence for righteousness.

In 1990, God looked down on America and could not find enough bold pastors to stand up, so He said, “I am going to find a football coach at the University of Colorado, Boulder, and he is going to launch a movement for men called “Promise Keepers.” So God raised Bill McCartney to a position of national and international influence for righteousness.

‘Kingdom Assignment’ Unites Churches, Believers in Supernatural Multiplication Initiative

Like the master who gave talents to his servants in one of the parables Jesus told, five pastors loaded with $100 bills have distributed tens of thousands of dollars to church members in a city recovering from recent historic fires, a 2021 mass shooting and the COVID-19 pandemic.

Rather than spending the money on personal needs, members of five churches in Boulder, Colorado, are tasked with praying about how to multiply the cash they received, then using the profits to bless their neighbors.

The pastors placed three conditions on members who accepted $100 bills from the churches—Calvary Bible, Vinelife, Boulder Valley Christian, Pinewood and Cornerstone—united by a coordinated effort to generously love, serve and bless the community.

Jews, Christians Call for Presbyterian Leader’s Resignation After ‘Profoundly Antisemitic’ Comments

Jewish leaders are calling for a top Presbyterian Church (PCUSA) official to resign for repeatedly accusing Israel of practicing slavery.

The backlash began after Rev. Dr. J. Herbert Nelson II, who serves as Stated Clerk of PCUSA’s General Assembly, made two public statements, one on Jan. 17 and another on Jan. 24, claiming that the “continued occupation in Palestine/Israel is 21st-century slavery.”

“I would also hope that the Jewish community in the United States would influence the call to join the U.S. government in ending the immoral enslavement,” said Nelson. {eoa}
