Money can be one of the biggest snares in a Christian’s life, from soul-consuming greed to crushing debt. But it can also be a source of enormous blessing—provided we follow simple principles outlined in God’s Word.

Biblical Stream No. 1: Tithing
There’s a spiritual law within tithing. When we give to God first, He gives back to us generously.
“Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be food in My house, and test Me now in this, says the Lord of Hosts, if I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you a blessing, that there will not be room enough to receive it” (Mal. 3:10, MEV).
Now, this doesn’t mean we should treat tithing like a vending machine. The right motivation for biblical tithing is actually obedience to God’s Word. When done with the right motives, tithing is the connection to protection.
