Curt Landry Says the Church Needs to Follow the Spirit of Patrick Henry Right Now

Like many other believers in this country, Rabbi Curt Landry is becoming more and more aware that religious freedom in America is slipping away.

The cancel culture that has struck America is doing everything it can to not only silence the church but also to eliminate it completely from the American landscape.

Landry says it’s time for the church to take a good, hard look at itself and see if it has enough grit to stand up to the leftist tyranny trying to take over the country.

“I think the church really needs to examine itself and to understand it cannot be silent,” Landry told Dr. Greene on a recent episode of Greenelines on the Charisma Podcast Network. “I know the cancel culture wants to silence us. But really, the Lord needs your voice. And whatever platform you have or where you have influence, you need to speak. The nation needs to see unification, and it’s going to have to have identity; identity needs to be birthed in telling the true history of this nation.

“This is not about Republican or Democrat,” Landry says. “This isn’t about Donald Trump or Joe Biden. This is not about people. This is about who we are biblically, standing up for kingdom rights, for the rights of the unborn, for religious freedom, for blessing Israel and for family. Are we standing for God’s ways? That’s what this is all about.

“If we want God to bless America, then we need to have a Democratic republic that actually stands with His ways,” Landry continues. That’s what the separatists who came here 400 years ago came here for. We cannot allow outside forces to steal our liberty. We have to have the spirit of Patrick Henry and say, ‘Give me liberty, or give me death.’ But we also need to say, ‘liberty and justice for all.'”
