Are You Seeking After Something God Has Already Given You?

Rob Saunders, known as the Wealth Codes Coach, says in chasing the American dream, many believers may unknowingly look for something they already have. Saunders says they just don’t realize that God has already given them the desires of their heart.

“People need to realize that God’s goodness and generosity pursue them,” Saunders told Dr. Steve Greene on a recent episode of “Greenelines” on the Charisma Podcast Network. “That’s the 23rd Psalm. They need to realize that wisdom’s hands, on her arms, are reaching out to them to receive health and long life—right hand—riches and honor in the left hand.

“It’s an offer to you. It’s not a work you need to do. It’s a receiving, trusting God to receive it. Are you trusting God to receive it? You need to want to expect, explore and experience all God has for you. I wake up every morning wanting to know what is going to be wonderful about this day. That’s God’s gift to you.

“Jesus said, ‘Ask and you shall receive.’ But what is it that you need to seek? What do you need to knock on heaven’s door to know or to understand or change? Scripture says, ‘Knock, and the door shall be opened to you.’ So what are we really seeking in life? As we get real with God, He gets real with us.”
