The Position Believers Must Take in the Midst of National Shaking

Share:

There are places where proverbial tectonic plates of the nations are being shaking as the fault lines of division and traditions of men are being exposed as the voice of the Lord is roaring from Zion. God’s voice is roaring as He is preparing us to host His glory.

The word of the Lord came to Haggai on the Feast of Tabernacles, which gives us an indication that the word of the Lord from His mouth was not just for those who were building in His time, but for the end of the age, when the tabernacle of God would be with men (Rev. 21:3).

Haggai admonished those of his time to be strong in the Lord and that God would be with them as the shaking of heavens and the earth would come. In the midst of this time of shaking, God encouraged Zerubbabel (governor) and Joshua (high priest) to be strong, for God was with them as they led the people in the restoration and building process. Zerubbabel and Joshua signify the governmental and foundation leaders who are being encouraged and formed in the midst of chaos in our day.

These are the sons of oil who are being prepared, crushed and formed by the hand of God to pour fresh oil of revelation back into the church so she will shine bright in the midst of darkness (Zech. 4:14).

The plumb line is in the hand of Zerubbabel, and the shakings of the nations are upon us so the desire of all nations can come. The blueprint we are to build from and the plumb line of our God’s justice is Jesus the Christ.

In this podcast episode, we discover what position we as believers must take in the midst of national shaking as we move toward reformation in the church. To hear more of this revelatory word, listen to the podcast.
