Stephen Hawking: Humanity Won’t Survive Another Millennia on Earth

Physicist Stephen Hawking said humanity cannot sustain life on planet Earth for another millennia.

“I don’t think we will survive another 1,000 years without escaping beyond our fragile planet,” Hawking told lecture attendees earlier this week.

To save the human race, Hawking pointed toward rising technology to shuttle us to another life-sustaining planet in the galaxy.

But perhaps one of the most intelligent minds has discovered what the Bible promised all along: The earth is doomed and humanity is not meant to live eternally.

“But the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a loud noise, and the elements will be destroyed with intense heat. The earth also and the works that are in it will be burned up,” Peter wrote in 2 Peter 3
