Prophetic Minister: Prophesy Over Yourself in 2020

Share:

Prophetic minister Kathy DeGraw says that, contrary to popular belief, you can prophesy over yourself. You can declare proclamations over yourself to bring healing to your situation, she says—you don’t need to wait to find someone to prophesy over you. One way to start is by writing out prophecies in a notebook and speaking them out loud.

“The Bible says speak to your mountain; you’ll have whatever you say; call things that are not as though they are; death and life are in the power of the tongue,” DeGraw says. “So all we’re doing is writing prophetic proclamations, prophetic prayers of what we want to see the manifestation for. … You can call out things to combat infertility; you can call forth blessings, a spouse’s ministry assignment, a loved one to come back to the Lord.”

We need to drop the mentality of defeat and negativity, and draw upon the uplifting words of Scripture, DeGraw says on the Prophetic Spiritual Warfare podcast on the Charisma Podcast Network.

“We want our spiritual walk to be exciting, and all we’re doing is pulling out the Holy Spirit, pulling out the Word of God, manifesting it in writing, speaking it out in our words so that it’ll come to pass,” DeGraw says. “Release everything that God has for you. It’s like this well inside of you. You’ve just got to release it out of you. And then you’re going to see the manifestation of God’s promises for your life.”
