Steven Furtick’s Elevation Church Temporarily Closes Amid COVID-19 Outbreak

Elevation Church, led by Steven Furtick, decided to cancel church at all of their physical campuses, per a press release. The megachurch’s decision followed North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper’s recommendation that gatherings of over 100 people refrain from meeting amid the COVID-19 outbreak. However, anyone can join the church online for services every weekend, and the church will continue to monitor the situation week by week to determine when to reopen.

The services can be accessed on Facebook Live (@elevationchurch), YouTube (Elevation Church), AppleTV (Elevation App), Roku (Elevation Church), on the Elevation App and at ElevationChurch.org.
