‘He Dropped His Crutches’: Holy Spirit Supernaturally Heals Muslim in Local Shop

Share:

After giving us a glimpse into a series of divine encounters with Jesus, evangelist Daniel Chand recounts the day he came to Christ. The same day he was baptized in the Holy Spirit, he went out to a local shopping center with his church in London, and God healed people through them.

“People began getting healed, including a Muslim, in the middle of a local shop, you know, he dropped his crutches—all the pain left his leg, and he got completely healed. And I began to realize from very early on that we can argue and have theological debates for hours. But when the power of God turns up, the argument is done.”

Chand encourages listeners not to worry if God doesn’t give them a big platform—they can start evangelizing to someone in their own neighborhood, he says on the “Mike Signorelli Podcast” on the Charisma Podcast Network. He, in fact, says the best place to start ministry for God is not in front of tons of spectators: Rather, it’s in secret.

“Before David killed Goliath in public, he killed a lion and a bear in the secret, and Jesus said, ‘For what you do in the secret, you will be rewarded in the open.’ So evangelism for us actually begins in the secret place.”

Mike Signorelli echoes that sentiment, emphasizing that our prayer should be for God to use us the way He wants to, any way, anywhere. If you want God to use you in bigger ways, start by growing intimate with Him and surrounding yourself with godly community.
