In a new video, Kenneth Bae, a Korean-American missionary imprisoned in North Korea, said he’s concerned that his health won’t stand up to the rigors of the labor camp.

Bae also said he suffers from leg and back pain.

In the interview he expressed hope that North Korea will allow the U.S. envoy to visit and discuss his case. But North Korea has rescinded an invitation to the envoy without giving a reason.

Bae was jailed for so-called anti-government acts in November 2012, when he was leading a tour group there. He has been sentenced to 15 years of hard labor.

The video was released by a Korean newspaper based in Japan.
