Is Christian Persecution Accelerating Rapidly in America?

In an attempt to silence many conservative influencers, three of the largest medical associations in America are calling for social media censorship for specific people and organizations that are sharing what they call, "false and misleading information" about transgender care.

In a letter sent to U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland, the American Academy of Pediatrics, American Medical Association and Children's Hospital Association urge the AG to "take swift action to investigate and prosecute all organizations, individuals and entities responsible."

This comes less than a month after Daily Wire contributor Matt Walsh broke a story on what was going on in behind the scenes at Vanderbilt University Medical Center's transgender clinic in Nashville. In his investigation he says his team found they were drugging, chemically castrating and performing double mastectomies on minors.

In Walsh's Twitter thread he posted video evidence of VUMC Dr. Shayne Taylor emphasizing the "big money maker" that is gender transition care. In another video, doctors said anyone who would not be involved with the transgender surgeries on minors due to religious beliefs would face consequences.

The AMA didn't specifically say Walsh's name but they included what has been said about Vanderbilt. They are calling reports "false and misleading information." All of Walsh's claims were backed up with video or photo evidence of staff members.

The medical associations rightfully ask authorities to investigate and prosecute those who have threatened violence against hospitals and doctors. It is clear in the Bible that our war is not against flesh and blood, and anyone who responds with violence is not following the Word of God.

What is concerning is the attack against Christian beliefs. Not only are three of America's top medical associations calling for social media censorship, but they imply people should be imprisoned for vocalizing their beliefs. Could this be the start of Christian persecution in America?

In a tweet Tuesday morning Walsh said, "I think it's worth reiterating that some of the biggest and most powerful medical organizations in the country are now calling on the federal government to prosecute and imprison those of us who criticize their medical practices. We are entering a very dark time. I'm ready."

The organizations have called on technology companies to "do more to prevent this practice on digital platforms."

On October 21 people will gather at the Tennessee state capitol in Nashville for a rally to send a message to lawmakers nationwide that they will not stand for the "child mutilation," and they will not back down from standing up for what they believe in.

Charisma News reached out to the American Medical Association for clarification on their letter but they did not respond.
