There’s been a big gain for President Donald J. Trump’s legal effort to challenge vote irregularities in the election—18 states have now joined Texas in its U.S. Supreme Court bid that could change the election outcome.
President Trump’s legal team is also joining the Supreme Court bid by Texas to reject questionable ballots in four essential swing states.
Attorneys general in the 18 other states have now signed on to the suit that charges that state officials in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan and Georgia changed election procedures, which is something only state legislatures are allowed to do.
On his radio program Jay Sekulow Live, attorney Jay Sekulow said, “This is the most significant of the cases filed, and it’s the most significant because it is … completely outcome-determinative. What does that mean? It means that if the court rules in favor of Texas, those four states, the states named in the complaint, would in fact have their state legislators determine the outcome; they would pick the electors.”
Several things would have to happen for the case to succeed.
Colorado Governor Declares Churches Essential
Colorado residents can head to church this Sunday and schedule events like weddings and funerals.
Gov. Jared Polis has finally dropped Colorado’s unconstitutional limits on religious gatherings and declared houses of worship as essential. Effective Monday, he removed attendance caps on worship, which were imposed through the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment as part of its reaction to COVID-19.
Polis reversed course and took this action because of the Supreme Court’s decision last week in Liberty Counsel’s case of Harvest Rock Church and Harvest International Ministry in California and the court’s ruling on Thanksgiving Eve in favor of New York churches and synagogues.
“Gov. Jared Polis is finally beginning to see the light. The Supreme Court has made it very clear that the courts and the states must begin applying the First Amendment to protect houses of worship. It is past time,” said Liberty Counsel founder and Chairman Mat Staver.

As the president prepares for his second term with initiatives on religious freedom, protecting life and peace in the Middle East and more, two forces are hindering his efforts.
One hindrance is the RINO, “Republicans in name only.”
The name represents shameful Republicans who control the statehouses of Michigan, Arizona, Georgia and Pennsylvania. They are weak, compromised and facing the unabashed anger of the “forgotten men and women” who are sick and tired of their lack of principles. These forgotten Americans meet outside these RINO statehouses, calling upon them to stand up, to represent them.
Another hindrance is referred to as BINO, or “believers in name only.” These comfortable, “church-on-Sunday and prophecy-on-Tuesday” people, who are much like the RINOs, have gone silent when the most pro-life, pro-Christian president ever needs them.
President Trump won by a landslide and needs them to be there for him, to have his back as he’s had their backs. To the consternation of the president, just like the RINO, the BINO are suddenly unable to speak. {eoa}
