What’s happening around the United States isn’t political. It’s not about Democrat vs. Republican. It’s about lives.
Lou Engle is living out his calling: To be a voice for the voiceless. And with the 2020 election outcomes drawing the attention and energy of much of the country and world, he’s providing Americans with a look behind the scenes—a look at the spiritual warfare that connects to history and leads to the current opportunity.
“For me, it’s not a political issue,” Engle said. “It’s an issue of shedding innocent blood, the state-sanctioned bloodshed of innocents.”
Three years ago, during a fast in response to witches cursing President Donald Trump, Engle had a vision. Thousands of women were gathering on an open field, in full-out revival. They were assembled to hear teaching on the book of Esther. Engle was the only man in attendance, and he held an ancient Bible.
Through the details of the dream and an understanding of Scripture, Engle realized it would be a woman who arises and kills the “witch king.”
The “witch king” is abortion itself. And Engle’s dream represents the rising of women over witchcraft and abortion—all directly connected to the recent confirmation of Amy Coney Barrett to the U.S. Supreme Court.
Esther was the beautiful Jewish wife of the Persian King Xerxes I. Haman, the king’s chief minister, had plotted the murder of the Jewish people, who were already in captivity. Rather than remain silent, Esther turned to God and spent time in prayer and fasting. She let God fight the battle, saving the Jews.
The example of Esther’s righteous warfare and victory is the basis for two videos released by Engle Thursday and today, Friday, Nov. 6. He is calling Americans to seek God, to pray and even fast, if they feel impressed to do so.
“Expose. Expose. Expose.” It’s the leading call of the corporate prayer to reveal hidden corruption in the election, any attack that stands between the legality of abortion and the overturning of Roe v Wade. “Haman’s” first decree in America came in 1973 with the legalization of abortion.
“One was a one-day sudden massacre,” Engle said of Haman’s evil plan. “The other is a 50-year ongoing decree on earth. Both of them are horrifying in the heart of God and ought to be horrifying in the heart of men.”
While respecting and celebrating the democratic process, which Engle called the greatest in the world, he also recognizes that America’s current state goes far beyond polls, voting booths and mail-in ballots.
He asks people to join the fight against the unrighteousness of the process.
“If it’s not righteous, and it affects the unborn, I will not cease to give my most strenuous efforts to the exposure of voter fraud, which is being revealed for the sake of the unborn,” he said. “I have been called by God to be a voice for the voiceless. And I will cry to God: ‘Expose. Expose. Expose.’ Just like Esther did.”
“We’re in this Esther moment,” he added. “Until she exposed—and unless she exposed—the wickedness, her own people would have been destroyed en masse. Not only that, but Nehemiah would have been killed back in Jerusalem. Ezra would have been killed back in Jerusalem.
“You see, it’s not just a political process about Michigan and Wisconsin and Pennsylvania,” Engle said. “It is a process of moral and of a spiritual advancement, and an unwillingness to succumb to a murderous kind of program.”
Leaving the details in the hands of God, Engle said, what if corruption were exposed regarding vote tallying for the election and it goes to the U.S. Supreme Court? It would be a moment of divine reversal if Amy Coney Barrett becomes the swing vote that places President Trump into the second term, the very person who placed her on the high court.
“Who knows?” Engle said.
Unlike many Americans who are troubled by the uncertainty of election outcomes as they play out in the media, Engle cites the year 2000, when the Florida Supreme Court voted to give the count to Al Gore, and the U.S. Supreme Court overruled and gave the state to George W. Bush.
Engle was one of 400,000 people praying together for a pro-life president. George W. Bush was that president.
“What an unbelievable turn of events,” Engle said. “I don’t know what God’s going to do, but I will not be silent when there needs to be exposure of Haman’s decree of death. I believe that, even now, the Supreme Court of earth can be overruled by the Supreme Court of heaven. In fact, in these days, I believe a shift is taking place soon after these elections. Maybe going into January, we will find out how far this will go.”
