The Lord God has given intercessors and prayer warriors three powerful images of symbolic actions taken by Donald J. Trump, the 45th president of the United States.
These iconic images depict symbolic actions recently taken by the president and first lady of the United States, and they provide a physical picture of a future for which the Lord is calling us to pray—one of biblical values that counters Satan’s agenda for America.
The first image is of the president and the first lady standing before the cross of Jesus Christ in a church filled with the symbols of biblical faith. It is a depiction consistent with the founding vision of a nation under God—the embodiment of “In God We Trust.”
This symbolic action took place in the Roman Catholic shrine to Pope John Paul II in the late morning of June 2, 2020, before President Trump signed the new executive order on international religious freedom. This has profound spiritual significance, not just for the person who occupies the White House, but for the United States as a nation under God. This is true because of Jesus’ words, “Whoever will confess Me before men, him will I confess also before My Father who is in heaven. But whoever will deny Me before men, him will I also deny before My Father who is in heaven” (Matt. 10:32-33).
The prayer points for this image are:
—Give thanks to God that President Trump and first lady Melania are standing before the cross, publicly acknowledging Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior before men and angels.
—Give thanks that President Trump has publicly expressed before men and angels what is being depicted in this picture.
“This Easter Sunday, Christians celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ and the promise of salvation,” he said. “It is a holy day of reverence and worship. It is a sacred time that fills the spirit of our nation with the faith of our people. America is a nation of believers.”
—Pray that as President Trump has acknowledged Jesus Christ as resurrected Lord and Savior, God the Father will indeed acknowledge America and pour out His blessing upon the nation in fulfillment of Psalm 33:12, “Blessed is the nation whose God is God is the Lord, the people whom He has chosen as His own inheritance.”
—Pray the demonic strongholds behind #BlackLivesMatter, Antifa, the occult, Islam, white supremacy and other movements that reject “In God We Trust” and put their trust in false gods, anti-Christ ideologies or idols will be exposed for all to see. Ask the Lord to guide the intercessors as well as our government, political, cultural and spiritual leaders in defeating these demonic strongholds.
—Pray for everyone deceived into joining these movements, especially #BlackLivesMatter and antifa, as Satan uses them to war against the nation’s founding biblical values with tyranny in the wake of destruction.
—Pray for the healing of the deep divisions that are destroying the union by restoring the true foundations for liberty.
—Pray for the understanding that we are all made in the image of God (Gen. 1:27), are all equal under the law (Gal. 3:28) and that as a nation and as individuals we will confess and proclaim, “In God We Trust.”
—Pray for the protection of America’s foundational system of government based on Judeo-Christian values and the affirmation of “In God We Trust.”
Above all, the Lord is calling His people to urgently pray for a powerful outpouring of the Holy Spirit for a great revival to fulfill Acts 1:4-8 which will:
—Defeat the strongholds Satan is building using the anti-Christ ideologies of Marxism, Islam, the occult and white supremacy.
—Advance the kingdom of God worldwide, leading to millions of people being born again and baptized with the Holy Spirit, restoring the Judeo-Christian foundations to the United States and the Western world.
—Complete the Great Commission mandate (Matt. 28:18-20) by making disciples of Jesus Christ of all nations within the next 10 years.
There are two more images of symbolic actions taken by President Trump that the Holy Spirit has given to ignite our partnership with Him in advancing God’s kingdom.
