Abortion activists will be partying at the Chicago Winery Jan. 21, and the Pro-Life Action League will be there too. Despite possible snow and temperatures below freezing, advocates of life for pre-born babies will line the sidewalk outside the trendy winery and concert venue in protest of the nation’s largest abortion provider and its treatment of women and children.

Eric Scheidler, executive director of the Pro-Life Action League, explained the focus of the gathering outside of the abortion party: “These abortion promoters are charging VIP attendees $500, about what they take from a woman to abort her child.” He suggested, “Why not put that money to work offering real help to families in need, rather than supporting an abortion giant that has been receiving millions from the government to deceive women and sell their pre-born babies for parts?”

Scheidler invited pro-life voters to note that the event is honoring state Sen. Daniel Biss of northern Cook County’s 9th District as an abortion hero and is sponsored by his colleague, Sen. Toi Hutchinson of Chicago Heights (40th District), and Chicago Alderman Joe Moreno. He also pointed out to life-minded consumers that Revolution Brewing has donated the beer for the abortion party.

“It’s no secret that pro-lifers vote with both their ballots and their wallets,” added Scheidler. “Supporting Planned Parenthood will earn these elected officials and product sponsors negative attention.”
