Protesters Rally Against the Terrible Scourge That Plagues the Nation

The Restoration Project gathered Wednesday at the Lincoln Memorial in a silent assembly to draw attention to a terrible scourge that has plagued our nation and especially the African-American and minority communities for far too long: Abortion.

Did you know that Planned Parenthood was started by a racist who advocated for the mandatory sterilization of minorities and believed that the greater good would be served by limiting the "inferior races" of the population? And did you know that in New York City today, more black babies are aborted than are born?

That's right. Margaret Sanger, hero of the left, who once spoke at a Ku Klux Klan meeting and held the same beliefs in eugenics as Nazis, formed The Birth Control League (later Planned Parenthood) to limit the "unfit" races to achieve racial superiority.

But enough is enough.

Catherine Davis, founder and president of The Restoration Project gathered community leaders to the Lincoln Memorial Wednesday to proclaim just that.

Attendees included Rev. Dean Nelson of Human Coalition and Alveda King among others who valiantly shed light on this genocide that has been taking place in our nation and gone under the radar for far too long.

The Restoration Project has a petition to proclaim the sanctity of life. It reads:

To the Honorable Members of the United States House of Representatives and Senate:

We, the People of the United States, humbly petition you to redress and correct the grave
injustice and the genocidal crime against humanity which is being perpetuated by the Planned
Parenthood Federation of America.

WHEREAS: The United States Supreme Court committed a grave injustice and a crime against
humanity in the Dred Scott (slavery) decision by denying personhood to a class of human
beings, African-Americans; and

WHEREAS: The Supreme Court committed a grave injustice and a crime against humanity
by upholding the "separate but equal" doctrine in Plessy v. Ferguson, which withdrew legal
protection from a class of human beings who were persons under the Constitution, African-Americans; and

WHEREAS: A crime against humanity occurs when a government withdraws legal protection
from a class of human beings resulting in severe deprivation of their rights, up to and including
death; and

WHEREAS: The Planned Parenthood Federation of America perpetuates the principles
expounded in the Dred Scott and Plessy v. Ferguson decisions by targeting women of color in
order to control the Black birth rate;

WHEREAS: The Planned Parenthood Federation of America
a) Launched the Negro Project in 1939 to pay Black leaders of influence to
promote their population control agenda and continues that practice today.
b) The 2008 Planned Parenthood tax filing stated its mission was to achieve a
population of optimum size.
c) Changed their business model in 2010 requiring all of their facilities to
perform abortions, surgical, medical or chemical by 2013.
d) Have placed 79 percent of their surgical facilities within two miles of a black or
Latino neighborhood according to Census Tract Data
e) Have ignored state medical standards in their surgical facilities.
f) Have broken state and federal laws related to patient billing, medical standards,
and patient care.
g) Receives more than $543,000,000 taxpayer dollars annually

BE IT RESOLVED: We urgently plead with you and pray to the Lord Jesus Christ for the United States House of Representatives and Senate to correct a malignant injustice and investigate the illegal targeting of black women beginning with the Negro Project and continuing to this day; refer the matter to the Department of Justice for criminal prosecution under the Proxmire Act (18 U.S. Code § 1091) - Genocide; and designate Planned Parenthood as an organization that commits genocide and make them ineligible for any federal funding.

The Restoration Project upholds three pillars: Sanctity of life, family and education.

Daniel Patrick Moynihan, a sociologist at the time, warned that black men were being alienated from their roles as husbands and fathers in the black family. His prediction of distortions in the black family structured have proved true and government reports are that more than 72 percent of black children grow up in single-parent, female-headed households. This matriarchal pattern has consumed the black family over the past 47 years and the case for national action remains.

The rebuilding of the family is essential to creating a culture of uprightness, evenhandedness and virtue in black America and the restoration of fatherhood is vital to that culture.
