Christ for all Nations Responds to ‘Macedonian Call’ to Evangelize This African Nation

Share:

“The people who sat in darkness have seen a great light, And upon those who sat in the region and shadow of death Light has dawned” (Matt. 4:16, NKJV).

Guinea Bissau is a tiny nation on the coast of West Africa that has been raped and abused by the devil. It is one of the poorest nations on the continent and has one of the lowest mortality rates. Both its education system and economic system are broken, and Islam and animist beliefs, as well as dead religion, have deceived the people here.

God, however, has not forgotten them, as a Macedonian call has recently come to my ears: “Our nation is dying. There is no tomorrow for Guinea Bissau. We must act quickly and evangelize now!”

This was the cry I heard from a leading pastor in this nation. I then made a few calls to CfaN (Christ For All Nations) to ask them to pray about helping us reach this dying nation. They told me they were booked for the next three years conducting large gospel campaigns and major invasions all over the world. But somehow, as we all began to pray, the Macedonian call was heard, and our request was moved to a higher-priority status.

We Are Here Now!

By the time you read this, we will have the first team of evangelists and crusade directors on the ground to plan, preach and prepare for an end-of-year gospel invasion into all nine regions of the nation where we are setting our faith on a million-soul harvest. That is nearly half the nation’s population, which includes many of the unreached tribal and island people.

It is very possible that by the end of this year we will have 40-50 evangelists on the ground in Guinea Bissau, invading the breadth and length of this chosen nation.

My personal assignment in all this is to continue to pray, cast vision and help to recruit and deploy evangelists. I will also help equip the nation’s pastors and church leaders to plant/establish new churches to gather the harvest that will inevitably be reaped from the efforts of so many. But even more specifically, as a former missionary in that region for many years, I carry a strategic heavenly plan to establish dynamic, life-giving Bible training centers in the capital city of Bissau and in every region of the nation.

I am confident that if we can keep the wolves away, we will see this vision come to fruition.

We need givers, goers and most importantly, groaners (intercessors) to give birth to the many precious souls who will be translated from great darkness to great light in this nation. {eoa}
