Prophetic Word: ‘This Season of Intense Warfare Will Strengthen My People’

There is a stirring in the spiritual realm. I hear from all across America people being plagued with frustration. I am witnessing it in my own life and those close to me.

As I was in worship recently, the Lord spoke to me and said, “There is a spiritual attack on believers, releasing a spirit of frustration into their lives.” I saw that frustration escalate to irritability. This has been the most intense spiritual warfare I have seen as we enter a New Year. Sickness, infections, irritability, accidents, injuries and frustrations have been plaguing many believers, attacking their fasting season and first fruits of the year consecration to the Lord.

The Lord continued to speak and reveal to me, “This season of intense warfare will strengthen and prepare My people.” He said, “We will grow up spiritually as we attack it.”

The Lord has shown me in the spiritual realm over the years the deploys the enemy puts up into the spiritual realm. I’ve witnessed the spiritual realm—specifically, the demonic realm—shifting its attacks every six months. Evil spirits attack in cycles and patterns called familiar spirits. Familiar spirits keep the same negative things happening. This season the same pattern repeating is evil spirits attacking believers with frustration leading to irritation.

Stop and pay attention to the words you are speaking. Do you notice yourself speaking out that you are frustrated? If it resonates that this too is happening to you, stop and cast out a spirit of frustration and bind and restrict it from attacking your family, finances, job, ministry and life. Take authority over the familiar spirits and restrict them from moving forward with their demonic orders to steal, kill and destroy (John 10:10).

I remember over the years passivity striking believers, and a spirit of lust. As these spirits always attack, they will get more prevalent at one time or another.

When we pay attention to the spiritual realm, it can assist us in increasing our discernment to what is attacking the body of Christ and how to effectively pray against it to combat the spiritual warfare attacks happening. However, when we don’t think attacks happen or we are redeemed from spiritual warfare is when the enemy can come in our back door and wreak havoc. We must stay alert and be diligent.

The Bible tells us, “Be sober and watchful, because your adversary the devil walks around as a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour” (1 Pet. 5:8).

Instead of fretting about what is attacking you, rise up and attack it. Get violent in prayer. Speak and declare out.

You have a weapon in the Word of God and in your mouth to say prayers against the enemy’s camp. Rise up and release those prayers by praying against the spirit of frustration attacking you. Identify what is attacking you and then annihilate it through prayer.

You have the authority now. Take the authority and use it to conquer what is attacking you. {eoa}
