Is Islam's Prophetic Destiny Found in the Book of Daniel's Leopard Vision?

Like leopards, terrorists live peaceably among their prey, concealing their real intentions. When they choose to strike, they are swift, giving no warning, effectively using the element of surprise to achieve their goals.

Like leopards, terrorists live peaceably among their prey, concealing their real intentions. When they choose to strike, they are swift, giving no warning, effectively using the element of surprise to achieve their goals.

"Comparing terrorists and Islam to leopards is significant," says Steve Magill, author of the book Revelation and the Age of Antichrist. "Along with the rise of Great Britain, the United States and Russia on the world scene together, the Bible also reveals another group of people that will rise up with these, identified as a leopard."

Looking at the character of a leopard, and when the leopard would rise on the world stage, Magill has no doubt this leopard is Islam.

According to the prophetic timeline in the book of Daniel, the leopard sets the world stage for the next empire after it. This would be the realignment of all nations into ten regions, known as the new world order, also known as the dreadful beast of Daniel 7. These regions are already in place as outlined in the United Nations "The Millennium Development Goals Report," page 55.

Islam's destiny is to create an environment to encourage all nations to submit to the new world order in the name of peace and safety. This environment is presently created using terrorism and immigration: Terrorism creates the chaos and fear necessary for nations to consider uniting to bring "peace."

Immigration is the Trojan horse giving Islam entrance into the nations. Islam does not assimilate into its host nations, but rather maintains its cultural identity and loyalty to Islam and strives to change the laws of the host country to Islamic law. We recently witnessed these methods with the election of the Islamic majority city council in Hamtramck, Michigan, as well as with the attacks in Paris and throughout the world.

According to Daniel's prophetic timeline, and outlined in Magill's book, Revelation and the Age of Antichrist, Islam is the last of seven empires to rise up before realigning the nations into 10 economic regions, popularly known as the new world order. It is out of this new order that the one known as Antichrist, and whom Islam calls the Mahdi, will rise up to usher in a global holocaust against anyone opposed to him. Islam's present role will give the world reason to embrace the new world order in the name of peace. But peace will not be found.

How should we respond to this leopard?

In Daniel 11:33 the prophet is told that during times of great trouble, "the wise among the people shall instruct many."

The apostle John, in Revelation 10:11, is given similar instructions: "You must prophesy again about many peoples and nations and tongues and kings." Both are clear that understanding the events of our day from a biblical perspective is necessary to understanding the "what" and "whys" of what is taking place throughout the world. Understanding is the first step to action. Action leads to change and hope.
